Terms of service

The service

Scrambo provides guided video editing templates. Depending on the template, you upload media or use an existing edit, choose settings, and run an automated workflow. Some steps use AI. Available templates and their prices are shown in the workspace.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Prices, payments, and delivery

All credit amounts and template prices are in US dollars (USD). Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Stripe, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Credits become available after payment confirmation; returning from Checkout alone does not confirm a payment.

The price for a template run is displayed before you start. Each paid run deducts that amount from your balance. Processing time varies with the selected template, media, and service availability. Progress and available results appear in your workspace, with a link to review a completed edit when ready.

Refunds and failed runs

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable, except for billing errors, service failures, or refunds required by law. Failed charged template runs restore the credits they consumed to your app balance. See the Refund policy for conditions, exceptions, and how to request help.

Payment refunds and disputes adjust your credit balance. If a reversal leaves insufficient funds, further paid runs may be blocked until sufficient credit is available.

Your media and results

You retain your rights in media you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and use that media, including any music, voices, images, or personal information it contains. You authorize Scrambo and its processing providers to store and process your media as needed to perform the requested workflows and provide the service.

Review generated edits, transcripts, captions, and other outputs before sharing or publishing them. Automated and AI-assisted results can contain errors. You are responsible for checking their accuracy, suitability, and any rights needed for your intended use.

Feedback and optional session sharing

You retain ownership of your work. If you choose “Include this editing session for product improvement” when submitting feedback, you allow Scrambo to retain and review that session’s limited diagnostic history for up to 90 days. This does not include prompts, chat history or media and does not authorize AI training. Sharing is optional for each report and can be withdrawn through Your data. See our Privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Scrambo for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious files, attempt to access another customer’s data, bypass access controls, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where needed to address abuse, security issues, or legal obligations. This does not limit any refund rights you have under applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features may change and access may be limited during testing or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Contact support if an interruption affects work you paid for.

Updated terms will be published here with a new effective date. Updated purchase conditions apply to future purchases; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
